At the time of writing, all products provided from TECGECK.COM are digital items, meaning that nothing is shipped.

Any purchase from the TECKGECK.COM Shop is final and non-refundable however, if there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to try and resolve it.

If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us with your email used for the purchase, order number (e.g. #1234) and the date ordered, along with pictures as evidence regarding your case. Then we will get back to you as soon as we can to resolve any issues you may have.

We give our customers the chance to re-download any content that a customer has purchased in the past, as well as different versions of said content however, we may get rid of previous versions of a product at any time.

Some of the items that we sell in the store may be influenced by intellectual properties and are stated in the item’s description. Though some items in our store may be inspired by other properties, we always hand-craft everything we make and respect the property that influences us.
